Terms of Service

1. Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from Select Exotic Cars ("Company"), you ("Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions. A signed rental agreement is required before vehicle pickup. The rental agreement, combined with these Terms of Service, constitutes the full agreement between the Renter and the Company.

2. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age with a valid U.S. or international driver's license. Renters aged 21-24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. All renters must present a valid credit card in their name at the time of pickup. Debit cards are not accepted for the security deposit.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on the vehicle. The deposit is authorized as a hold on the Renter's credit card and is not charged unless damage, excessive mileage, fuel discrepancy, or other fees apply. Deposits are released within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.

4. Insurance and Liability

Basic liability insurance is included with every rental. Supplemental collision damage waiver (CDW) packages are available for purchase. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance. The Renter's personal auto insurance or credit card rental coverage may provide additional protection. The Renter agrees to indemnify the Company against all claims, losses, and expenses arising from the Renter's use of the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The vehicle may only be operated by the named Renter or approved additional drivers. The vehicle may not be used for:

• Racing, speed testing, or track events (unless pre-approved in writing)
• Off-road driving
• Towing
• Any illegal activity
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Leaving the state of Nevada without prior approval
• Crossing international borders
• Ride-sharing or commercial purposes

6. Mileage

Each rental includes 100 miles per day. Miles roll over on multi-day rentals. Additional miles are charged at $2-$5 per mile depending on the vehicle. Unlimited mileage packages may be available for multi-day rentals upon request.

7. Fuel Policy

Gasoline vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, a refueling fee at current market rates plus a $25 service charge will apply. Electric vehicles (Tesla Model X Plaid) must be returned with at least 50% battery charge.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

9. Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon date and time. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Late returns exceeding the grace period will be charged at the daily rate plus a $100 late fee. Late returns exceeding 24 hours without prior arrangement may result in the vehicle being reported as stolen.

10. Damage and Accidents

The Renter must report any damage or accident immediately by calling (702) 555-0199. The Renter is responsible for all damage not covered by insurance. A police report is required for any accident involving another vehicle or property damage. The Company will conduct a full inspection at vehicle return and compare it to the pre-rental inspection photos.

11. Traffic Violations

The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, toll charges, and towing fees incurred during the rental period. A $50 administrative fee will be applied per violation processed by the Company.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the rental fee paid by the Renter. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or travel expenses. The Company does not guarantee vehicle availability and reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective upon posting to this page. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated.
