How the Consignment Program Works

Getting your exotic car into our Las Vegas rental fleet is straightforward. Here is the process from initial inquiry to your first revenue payment.

Vehicle Evaluation and Consultation

Contact our team to discuss your vehicle. We will evaluate the make, model, year, mileage, and condition to determine rental viability and projected earnings. Vehicles must be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. We accept most exotic, luxury, and high-performance vehicles from brands including Lamborghini, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Mercedes-AMG, BMW M, Corvette, Cadillac Escalade, and Tesla.

Agreement and Onboarding

Once approved, we execute a consignment agreement that outlines the revenue split, insurance coverage, maintenance responsibilities, and owner access terms. We conduct a thorough vehicle inspection, photograph the car for our website and marketing materials, and add it to our active fleet inventory. The entire onboarding process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Active Fleet Management

Your vehicle goes live on selectexoticcars.com and begins accepting bookings. We manage all customer interactions, vehicle delivery to Las Vegas Strip hotels and Harry Reid Airport, pre- and post-rental inspections, cleaning, and fueling. You receive real-time notifications when your vehicle is booked, picked up, and returned.

Monthly Revenue Payments

At the end of each month, we calculate total rental revenue, deduct agreed-upon operating costs (insurance, maintenance, detailing), and transfer your share directly to your bank account. You receive a detailed statement showing each rental transaction, duration, revenue generated, and any expenses. Payments are processed by the 10th of the following month.

What happens if my car is damaged during a rental? +

Every rental is covered by our comprehensive commercial insurance policy. In the event of damage, our insurance handles the claim and repair process. We use only certified repair facilities in Las Vegas that specialize in exotic vehicles. Additionally, every renter places a security deposit ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, which covers minor damage and deductibles. Your out-of-pocket exposure is minimal to none.

Can I use my car whenever I want? +

Absolutely. You retain full ownership and access to your vehicle. Simply notify us of the dates you need the car, and we will block those dates from the rental calendar. There are no penalties for personal use periods. Many of our consignment partners use their vehicles on weekends and make them available for rentals during the week, or block out a full month for personal enjoyment and earn revenue the rest of the year.

Who pays for maintenance and detailing? +

Routine maintenance and detailing costs associated with rental operations are typically deducted from gross rental revenue before the owner split is calculated. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, interior and exterior detailing, and minor wear items. Major maintenance or repairs unrelated to rental operations remain the owner's responsibility, though we can coordinate service at competitive rates through our network of certified Las Vegas repair shops.

Is there a minimum commitment period? +

We ask for a minimum 90-day initial commitment to allow adequate time for marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. After the initial period, consignment agreements operate on a month-to-month basis. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. We want the program to be mutually beneficial, and there are no early termination fees after the initial 90-day period.

Where will my car be stored when not rented? +

Your vehicle is stored at our secure, climate-controlled facility in Las Vegas. The location features 24/7 security monitoring, controlled access, and is conveniently situated near the Las Vegas Strip for efficient delivery to rental customers. Your car is never parked outdoors or left in unsecured locations.

Do I need to live in Las Vegas to participate? +

No. Many of our consignment partners live outside Nevada. Some keep vehicles in Las Vegas specifically for the rental program, while others are seasonal residents who make their cars available when they are not in town. We handle all aspects of vehicle management, so your physical location does not affect program participation. We can coordinate vehicle transport to and from Las Vegas if needed.
