How Airport Delivery Works

You land at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). You grab your bags. You walk outside to arrivals. We are already there with your car running, detailed, and ready to go.

No shuttle bus to an off-site lot. No waiting in line at a rental counter. No upsell pitch for insurance you do not need. Our driver meets you at the curb, walks you through the vehicle in about 5 minutes, hands you the keys, and you are on Las Vegas Blvd within 15 minutes of stepping off the plane.

The Process, Step by Step

1. Book your car: Call (702) 555-0199 or request a quote with your flight info and arrival time.
2. Text us when you land: We will give you a direct number. Text us when you touch down and we will confirm we are in position.
3. Walk outside to arrivals: Look for your car at the designated ride-share/private car pickup area on the arrivals level. Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, we cover both.
4. Quick walkthrough: Our driver goes over the car with you, takes the pre-rental photos, and hands you the keys. 5 minutes max.
5. Drive to the Strip: Harry Reid Airport is less than 2 miles from the south end of the Strip. You will be at your hotel in minutes.

Return at the Airport

At the end of your trip, the return is just as easy. Drive to the airport, pull up to departures, and our driver meets you there. We take the keys, do a quick walkthrough, and you walk straight into the terminal. No gas station stop needed if you refueled nearby (there are stations on Las Vegas Blvd south of the airport).

Which Terminal?

Harry Reid International has two main terminals:

• Terminal 1: Most domestic airlines (Delta, American, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Spirit, Frontier)
• Terminal 3: Additional domestic airlines and some international flights

We deliver to both terminals. Just tell us your terminal and airline when you book, and we will be at the right location.

The Mercedes S580 is our most popular airport pickup. Quiet, comfortable, and ideal for arriving in style after a flight. For groups, the Cadillac Escalade ESV fits 7 passengers with all their luggage. Pricing

Airport delivery and pickup are included free with every rental. No surcharges, no airport fees. The daily rate is the same as hotel delivery or any other location in the Las Vegas Valley.
